Keynotes

Our Keynote speakers will provide insights on current practices and future trends in crisis and disaster management, ranging from risk visualization and communication, to governance and decision making in large scale disasters.

Plenary Long Paper Sessions

The plenary sessions of will provide participants with presentations of solutions and ideas from international experts representing the top of ISCRAM research. The papers were selected from a pool of more than 300 submitted papers – a record this year!

Parallel Sessions & Poster Sessions

Research and Practice-driven papers submitted and reviewed by a Program Committee that represents the best experts in the domain will constitute the body for the parallel sessions. We will assemble parallel and poster sessions to foster discussion and showcase the state of the art. Other side events, such as demos or dedicated meetings can be provided to companies, projects, institutions and organizations to discuss their foci with the interested audience of ISCRAM2015.

Workshops

The ISCRAM2015 workshops provide a means to in depth discuss emerging topics, such as standardization and interoperability, the role of eHealth in disasters, or ethical and legal issues.

Pre- or Post-Conference Meetings

Organizations and Companies will have the chance to organize a meeting before and after the conference. ISCRAM2015 will provide meeting space and logistical support.

Exhibition

During ISCRAM2015 companies, organizations and institutions will be able to present their work, institution and mission at an exhibition area.

Partnership Packages

We welcome vendors and exhibitors from government, academia and industry to demonstrate their products and services at the ISCRAM2015 conference to be held at the University of Agder, Kristiansand, Norway May 24-27, 2015.

Companies or organizations that offer a product or service related to Disaster/Emergency Response that would like to host a table top display and/or demonstration at the conference, may ask for a demonstration or exhibition space.

Exhibition Space

NOK 5,000 NOK

Your company will get to present your company/product at a standard both (6-12 m2) in the main hall (Vrimlehallen). The hall is located between the conference rooms. Free Wifi.

You may bring:

  • Pop-up booth
  • Computer stations
  • Roll-ups
  • Gifts and goodies

The price includes one person. If several persons will attend they will have to pay conference fee of 3.750 NOK (early registration), 4.750 NOK (registration after 18.03.15).
